What forms of payment do you accept?
We have EFTPOS and credit card facilities [Mastercard & Visacard only].
Do you require a booking deposit? Is this refundable if I cancel?
We don’t require a booking deposit. We trust that our prospective Guests are kind enough to let us know if plans change.
Is there Internet access from the rooms?
Yes, we provide broadband access to the Internet as a complimentary service.
How close are you to Bungendore village?
We are located a comfortable 5 minute walk from the village.
Is breakfast provided as part of the usual tarrif?
Yes, a light continental breakfast is provided in your room.
Are the rooms air conditioned?
Yes, each of the rooms has an independent air conditioning unit with remote control access.
What is available to watch on the room TVs?
We provide free access to a selection of Pay TV channels as well as the local free to air stations.
Are the games room and BBQ facilities available at all times?
These areas are available for your use at all times. However, consideration should be exercised for other guests not using the facilities, especially in the evening. No loud noise or music is permitted after midnight.
Do we have private access to our rooms?
Yes – you can come and go as you please without disturbing other guests.
Can we check in early?
Yes – providing arrangements are made beforehand.
What if we arrive late in the evening?
Please let us know beforehand if there are any delays in your arrival. We’ll be happy to leave a key in the door and the light on for you.
What about late check out?
Normally checkout is 10am, however, if there are no other guests arriving, arrangements can be made for a later check out.
Do you allow pets?
While we don’t normally allow pets, please contact us if you need to bring your pet with you. We may be able to make an exception depending on the circumstances.
